Are you concerned that your students lack important or basic research skills? Let the librarians help you!  We’ve crafted three ways to assist you, whether you are teaching face-to-face, online or hybrid courses.

  1. If you are teaching a face-to-face course, request a customized library instruction session to invite a librarian to teach the research skills to your students.
  2. If you are teaching a hybrid or distance learning class, consider deploying our online library research tutorials into your Bb course site.  Data results from previous experiments indicated that the tutorials had a significant impact on student learning.  Check with Denise Woetzel (dwoetzel@reynolds.edu, 804-523-5325) if you want to learn more about this online integration.
  3. Encourage your students to sign up for the workshops that are offered at three campus libraries.
