Bringing together library staff members of the three campuses, the Professional Development Day provided customer service training led by Terri Britt, a vision for the future of libraries presented by John Ambrose, and a discussion of how JSRCC libraries would meet that challenge led by Hong Wu. The day also provided opportunity for social networking among the staff—and delicious fare. Participants left recharged and satiated.
